DID SOMEONE SAY THEY WANTED GRANOLA?




Hi guys I am making these granola bars and I thought I could right about it in a food page or whatever it’s called. I thought about what recipe to post, I don’t really like breakfast and I don’t now many lunch recipes and then I thought about dinner, but that’s to long so there was only one option that was a snack and then came the really hard bit it was witch snack to chose. The time I was thinking my mum was making the granola bars and then I remembered that I had tasted them once and they where really yum and healthy so I got the recipe and started writing.
By the time I had finished my moth was literally chowing while I was writing ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺
YOU NEED:

100gbutter
80g honey
90g brown sugar
80gpitted dates chopped
200g rolled oats
20g poppy seeds
30g chia seeds
½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
-Salt


-Preheat oven 140 c
-Melt butter, honey, sugar saucepan
-Ad the rest and sir
-Pour into 20 x 25 cm baking tray, lined
-Cook for 20min or wait till it turns golden
-Cool in tray
-Slice and keep in fridge
